Session 4: Blogging Externally to Grow your Backlinks – Advanced Posting Strategies – I have learned to blog internally — why should I bother to blog externally? What are the benefits of opening secondary channels of visibility for my blogs? I have heard of RSS feeds — shouldn’t I just syndicated my blogs and I done for. Blogging locally versus externally are important ideas that agents must understand and embrace — your visibility is driven not just what you do locally, but with what you do externally. Hyperlinks, Landing Pages, and Internet Presence – Session 3 April 6th

This coming Friday, April 6th, is Session 3 of the 4-Part Workshop Real Estate Web Strategy Success. The Ingredients of a Proper Real Estate Website – Session 2

Today is Session Two (2) of the 4-Part Series Real Estate Web Strategy Success. The title of today’s session is “The Fundamentals of your Web Container and their SEO Consequences” – we are going to focus on the most important ingredients that your Real Estate Websites must have in order for it to be useful to your customers, as well as visible and index-able by Search Engines.

You may have noticed I used the term Container in the title; I did that deliberately – the term container conveys that your website is a holding place of content and tools, and that it is up to you to make sure you are adding content and tools to connect with your would-be customers. Admiral Grace Hopper (1906 – 1992) on the David Letterman Show, October 2nd 1986 giving him, a Nanostick; A Nanostick is a visual representation of the farthest distance light or electricity will travel in one Nanosecond.
